If you’re an experienced ballroom dance teacher seeking a place where your expertise and ideas are genuinely welcomed and valued, we want to hear from you! Here are the qualities we’re looking for:
🌟 Proven experience in ballroom dance instruction with a minimum of 1 year of experience or comparable dance education
🌟 Expertise in various dance styles (e.g., Latin, Standard, Smooth, Rhythm)
🌟 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🌟 Ability to motivate and inspire students of all levels
🌟 A passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
🌟 Positive, energetic can-do attitude

Responsibilities:
- Teach ballroom dance classes to individuals and groups of varying ages, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds.
- Develop and implement lessons and activities that promote learning and skill development.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Perform with students at showcases and/or competitions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to learn and grow.
- Ensure the safety of all students during classes and follow proper safety procedures.
- Attend studio parties and dance with students.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Schedule lessons and follow up with prospective students.
- Create class schedules, calendars, and social media posts as needed.
Compensation is base + commission with potential earnings ranging from $500 to $2,000 per week based on experience, accreditations, and number of lessons.
