Yes! You are in expert hands. Our instructors are trained to work with dancers of all abilities. You’ll be strutting your stuff in no time!

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement and shoes with smooth soles. Avoid flip-flops, sandals and shoes with thick rubber soles or spike heels that can damage our high-quality dance floor.

The time it takes to become proficient in dancing depends on a variety of factors, such as how often you practice, your natural aptitude for dance, and the complexity of the dance(s) you are learning. Once you learn how to dance, you will have this skill for a lifetime and will get many years of enjoyment from it.

You can expect to learn the basic steps and technique of a particular dance, practice them with your partner or dance instructor, learn to apply the steps to music and receive feedback. Most of all, you’ll have great fun learning!

Absolutely! You don’t need a partner to learn how to dance. In fact, many of our most accomplished students don’t have a dance partner. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to confidently dance with anyone.
